Freddie Moore
Founder, Director

Freddie established and launched Keythorpe Partners in the aftermath of the global Coronavirus pandemic.  Even prior to this he believed that there was a considerable disconnect in both talent and technology within the global real asset markets.  Freddie saw an opportunity to reset and focus on some of the core values surrounding client & candidate relationships, whilst integrating more progressive and flexible approaches to achieving the objective of pairing the two. 

Before founding Keythorpe Partners, Freddie held senior positions with established and well known real estate recruitment and executive search platforms.  He was integral in the growth of the European footprint for Investment and Capital Market coverage and built a strong track record utilising a wide network, which stems back to his days at the University of Reading.  Freddie also had a stint in Houston, Texas where he established the private equity practice for a Global Energy recruitment business.

Freddie graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Geography.
