The Team
Freddie established and launched Keythorpe Partners in July 2020 — a bold moment to start a business, and one that proved the founding belief that opportunity arises from uncertainty.
He is known for his high-trust relationships, progressive delivery, and an advisory approach that pairs clients and candidates with the facts needed to make an informed decision. Before founding Keythorpe Partners, Freddie held senior positions with established global real estate recruitment businesses, including Redpath Partners and Macdonald & Company in London — building the European footprint for Investment and Capital Market coverage.
Freddie also established the private equity practice for a global energy recruitment business in Houston, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Geography from the University of Reading.
